• A written request (Executive Summary) for funding detailing the project, use of funds, term and source of repayment.
• Description of Borrowing entity: Sole proprietorship, Corporation, LLC, LLP,etc... with names and percentage of ownership.
• Brief resume of principals.
• Spread sheet – proforma – line-item breakdown of proposed improvements.
• Current plat of subject property and maps of proposed improvements.
• Purchase agreement, title report and escrow instructions.
• Financials on principals – 90 days current and tax returns.
• Appraisal of subject site – 180 days current.
