How can your escrow services help me get the MONEY I need for a Transaction?

 

Using our escrow services gives you buying power like you have never had before. Imagine being able to purchase large amounts of money with only costing you 1-2% of the full amount you need. For example:

You want to buy a bond that will give you 10MM. You need 1MM to buy this bond and you don't have that kind of money. What if I told you, you only need 100k to help with this type of transaction. That's right, 1% of the amount needed for the total amount of money you need.

Let's try another one: Your project costs you 100MM to construct. The lender requires 25% to be placed in escrow (25MM). In order for you to recieve that kind of money from us, you must be willing to part with 2.5MM at escrow placement.
